Real-World Brokerage Experience, Brought Into the Classroom
Florida Realtors Faculty Member. Active broker. Real-world experience brought into every classroom.
A Second Calling, Built on Real Transactions
Mia's passion for training didn't start with a license. It started in 2016, when she was recruited by one of the world's largest brokerages to become a trainer. As part of that process, they put her through a battery of assessments to test her talents and abilities — and, unbeknownst to her, she scored above the 95th percentile for teacher training and coaching. They offered her the trainer position on the spot.
She started teaching with zero formal experience. Then she went out and earned her Florida real estate instructor's permit in 2017, so she could legitimately teach continuing education for agents and brokers — not just internally, but across the industry.
In 2025, she became a member of Florida Realtors Faculty, one of the most well-regarded sources of education for Florida's Realtors.

Brokerages
Bring practical, transaction-level training directly to your agents. Mia's coaching draws on decades of brokerage experience — including a rare depth of condo association and community association expertise — to help your team navigate the complex situations that come up in real deals, not just what's covered in standard onboarding.
