This grew organically, not from a business plan. Over the years, we kept running into the same thing: today's world is hectic, and people just don't have the time to handle everything a new move requires. Whether it is cross country or to a new zip code. So we started handling it.
That means we supervise the prepping and repairs a property needs before it goes on the market — coordinating contractors and vendors so you don't have to chase anyone down. We're the ones making sure the right people show up, do the work, and it gets done right.) Staging is included with every listing, no separate conversation needed.

If the property is occupied, we show up to show the listing every single time. If it's vacant, we fully stage it — and even vacant, we show our listings more than 90% of the time. Being present is our job.

We're partners, and we only take listings we truly believe are a good fit and that we can sell. We promise to do our best — and if you're unhappy for any reason, you can cancel a listing agreement with us anytime, no penalty.

A Real Example
During COVID, we had clients who left Miami with food in the fridge and items in the freezer, called us and said, "We're never coming back to Miami again. I need you to list and sell my property, arrange for movers to pack everything, and have our stuff sent to our new location." The photo is of that condo on Meridian Ave in Miami Beach.
And we did it. We listed the home, coordinated the sale, arranged and oversaw the movers, and made sure their life got to wherever they were going. That's what "above and beyond" actually looks like — not a slogan, a Tuesday.
