Staging Matters

Often the way we live in our homes does not translate well into photographs online.  More than 90% of all potential buyers/tenant(s) start their search for a property online it is imperative to make an outstanding first impression. 

All of the photos  are from our own listings. 

This is a service that we provide minimal cost to the client. That is how committed we are to getting the property sold or rented in the quickest possible time for the best possible price. 

After the professional photographs are taken we can remove our staging items. We do not expect you to live with it unless you ask and often many clients keep the items until the closing.
