That simple win turned into a practice, then into a specialty. Today, RSG maintains dedicated storage units stocked with furniture and décor pieces, all chosen to work across different property types and buyer audiences. Staging isn't outsourced here — it's built into how we work.

Still living there? We work with what you already have — arranging, editing, and supplementing your existing furniture with additional staging pieces just for the photo shoot.

After the Photo Shoot — Your Choice
Once professional photos are taken, it's up to you: leave the staging in place to keep showing the property at its best, or we remove everything and return the space to exactly how it looked before we arrived. No pressure either way — many clients choose to keep the pieces right up through closing.

Standalone Staging Services
You don't have to be an RSG listing client to benefit from professional staging. We work directly with homeowners, investors, and listing agents.
Standalone staging starts at $2,500, plus out-of-pocket costs — delivery and removal of staging, additional manpower, and any design elements specific to the property. A budget is agreed to in advance.
Full Staging Service
We handle everything — furniture arrangement, décor, lighting, and coordination — so your property is photo-ready and market-ready.
Vacant Property Staging
Empty homes are hard to sell. We bring in rental furnishings and style the space to help buyers connect with the property.
