Born in New York, raised in far flung parts of the world including Asia and Africa, Mia has had her Florida license for  40 years.  Mia is well known for telling it like it is and treating her Clients like family. 

Mia operates as a single agent for her Buyer's and Seller's firmly believing that they should get the benefit of her expertise. She is held to the highest standard as a fiduciary to her clients even when it is not in her best interest. Mia is required to act in their best interests.  

Her business is 100% referral based, relying only on her raving fans, repeat clients.  Mia does not accept clients unless it is by referral. 

Mia has a no spam email promise.  She does not send useless newsletters, email blasts or spam text messages which sets her apart.  She says you can build a brand bombarding people with your name but that does not build trust or value.  After all it is all about you the client, not about her. 

In 2017, Mia discovered her passion for teaching and training.  She obtained a state real estate instructors license and is growing her practical coaching practice bringing her years of expertise to assist agents and brokers in solving complex and challenging issues as part of  the day to day real estate transaction. 

John has "flipped" properties as well as maintaining a portfolio of rental properties for over two decades. He is passionate about finding properties with great potential and then negotiating the deal.  John is totally hands on with the renovation process.    Prior to his real estate career, John was a successful international sales and customer marketing professional for Fortune 100-500 companies. Today, he is as comfortable in a business suit as wearing a hard hat doing demolitions. 

Marcos joins the team bringing his dedication to detail and desire to communicate with everyone directly. He has worked with Mia since 2017 as Director of Operations and more recently as a Real estate Associate and Director of Property Management/Construction. 

Marcos is old school and wants to have a conversation to know how you are and he will make a call in response to a text. A transplant from New York to Miami,  brings his knowledge from a long career in the mortgage industry as well as years involved in property management and operations for a not-for-profit located in NY and FL.
